Amy Jones

Amy played varsity volleyball for four  years at Mesa Grande Academy and club for Rancho Valley Volleyball Club. She was awarded All-CIF and League MVP for both Volleyball & Basketball in high school. While in college she played for La Sierra University and earned All-American awards.


She founded Pursuit Volleyball Club in 2008 with the mission of expanding the game in the Inland Empire and offering quality club volleyball at an affordable price. She has coached  junior high-varsity high school for Redlands Academy, Mesa Grande Academy and Loma Linda Academy. She led Redlands Academy to their first volleyball championship in 2015.

Hobbies: Working out, gardening and reading.

Victoria Cachapero

M. Victoria Cachapero

Victoria played at Redlands High School all four years and played club during that time. She was awarded most inspirational for her team. In college she played for UCR’s club team where they finished 2nd at a state tournament. Victoria still plays on an adult travel team, LA Mamba. This summer, the team finished top 10 at their nationals tournament.


She has coached JV at Loma Linda Academy, Grand Terrace and Eisenhower HS. She is finishing up her 3rd season as head varsity coach at Aquinas High School. Victoria coaches for USA Volleyball High Performance camps and tryouts during the summer and has worked the UCSB camp this summer.

Lisa Lindberg

Lisa is the Head Volleyball Coach at the University of Redlands.  Lindberg joined the Bulldog coaching staff in the Spring of 2015, after having spent four years as a full-time assistant volleyball coach for the women's program at Hamilton College in Clinton, NY.  While at Hamilton College, she simultaneously served as the Head Varsity Volleyball Coach for NY Mills High School in Mills, NY, where her teams won multiple conference championships and reached at least the sectional quarterfinals each season.  In 2011, she led the squad to the sectional championship and was named the Section III Coach of the Year.    


Lindberg competed as a libero/defensive specialist at Smith College in Northampton, MA, earning the starting role throughout her tenure and serving as a captain during two seasons.  She finished her senior year with 530 digs in 113 sets for 4.69 digs per set and was selected to the 2002 New England Women's Volleyball Association Senior Classic Team.


After completing her Bachelor of Arts from Smith College, she went on to earn her J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2009.

Natalie Chafeh

Natalie attended Notre Dame High School in Riverside where she was a three-letter sport player (Volleyball Basketball, and Track and Field). She was a part of the 2008-2009 team inducted into the Riverside Hall of Fame and was awarded Citrus Belt Athlete of the Year Award. Junior year Natalie helped her team win CIF and was named First Team all League her Junior and Senior Year. Natalie played club for 5 years and ended with Rancho Valley Volleyball Club.


She played for Morgan State University in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) as their starting setter for 4 years and captain for 3 years. During her collegiate career, Natalie received various awards such as Rookie of the Year, All-American Scholar Athlete, and several MEAC player of the week.


After finishing her collegiate career she returned to Morgan State University as an Assistant and helped coach the team to semi finals of playoffs. She has been coaching club for four years and this is her 2nd season with Pursuit. She is very excited to continue working with Pursuit and passing on her knowledge to the players.

Jackie Macy

A Southern California native, Macy attended St. Lucy’s Priory High School where she was a four year varsity volleyball athlete who helped her team win three Southern California CIF titles, in addition to garnering 3 All-CIF First Team Honors and Inland Valley Player of the Year. She graduated from Colgate University in New York, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Educational Studies. While at Colgate, Macy served as the setter for the Division I Raiders volleyball team, helping them win the Patriot League Championship in her rookie season before earning the Defensive MVP award as a junior. She went on to captain the squad in her final season. Macy also led the team in assists and service aces two years in a row. Macy is currently in her second season assisting at the University of Redlands where she focuses on developing setter training and offensive systems. Recently, Macy was named one of 12 recipients of the 2017 AVCA Coaches 4 Coaches Scholarship, which recognizes growing young coaches to help pay for registration and hotel costs for first-time attendees at the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Convention.


As a coach, she truly loves helping young female athletes reach their highest potential, both as individuals and as a team, while also having fun in the process. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, reading, traveling, and camping.

Ciara Castille

Ciara played for the Blackhawks of Citrus Valley High School and played for four years of club during that time.


She as a coach has assisted with Pursuit for four years and has four years of coaching at local schools in San Bernardino. She developed the Hunt Elementary volleyball team.

Savannah Sugg

Savannah was a three sport varsity athlete who played volleyball, soccer and swimming at Woodcrest Christian High School. She is the head varsity coach at Calvary Chapel Moreno Valley and this is her 2nd year at Pursuit.

Coaching Philosophy: Do your best and you won’t regret it.

Hobbies: Playing sports, fishing, reading.

Torrey Riddle


Torrey started her love for volleyball in 6th grade on a community league. She couldn’t get enough of the sport and played setter for her club and high school teams. She began her coaching career during her senior year of high school as head coach for my school’s junior high team.

At Walla Walla University she played on the national tournament qualifying team and study Health Science. After my four years of college, she moved down to Loma Linda and was introduced to Pursuit Volleyball and coached for two years before acquiring her doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.

She currently works in an outpatient physical therapy clinic locally and continue to participate in the Pursuit program while completing an Orthopedic Residency. Her primary role with Pursuit is with developing an injury prevention program, optimizing function and participation.
